(Artist Unknown) - "Vintage Bathroom Art"

I found this particular piece in a restroom at Vernie's Pizza in Longview, WA, USA. No artist info available, but it appears to be a vintage poster or advertisement pasted onto a handmade, wooden support. (I don't even care if it's faux---still looks cool.)
