This Masonic symbol and the inscriptions are above the door of The Mark Building (formerly The North Building, a Masonic Temple) in Portland, Oregon. The building was originally designed by architect Frederick Fritsch (according to Emporis.com) and construction was completed in 1925. In 1991, the Portland Art Museum purchased the property and it was renovated and renamed in 2005.
